Mom, when you are gone on deployment,
typically, I just try to count down the days
as quickly as I can.
There are challenges in that plan
when holidays pop up on the calendar.
Celebrating without you
is next to impossible to do!
So glad that Saint Patrick's Day doesn't
come with a day off to dwell on missing you!
One day closer to seeing you!
