pineapple salsa:
mix together 3 c. diced
fresh pineapple
1/2 c. green bell pepper (minced)
1/2 c. red onion (minced)
2 green onions (chopped fine)
1 fresh red chili (minced)
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
a pinch of salt
let marinate 2 hours in 'fridge
and serve
