To Grandma and Grandpa - Goodbye from a Terminally ill Grandchild

I'm at the end of this life's journey and
The end is very near.
I can't leave this life without saying
Goodbye, that wouldn't be fair.
We've had a wonderful life together,
Filled with much happiness and love.
We stayed close at heart when push came to shove.
This gives me peace and courage for my time to depart.
Fill your hearts with love and remember me,
I'll be listening and I'll love you for eternity.
