“I must give 5 stars for my recent order. When my original order of several cards arrived one was missing. I contacted Greeting Card Universe with the problem and within 24 hours I received a reply that the missing card (with a personalized message inside) would be replaced (without charge) and even would contain my original composed message. The replacement card came quickly BUT several weeks later the same card arrived in duplicate so I have to assume that one of them was the missing card from the original order. The Postal System as we all know is severely overloaded -- whichever of the two cards was the original I don't know as I failed to check the postmark date before I discarded the shipping envelope. I am a repeat customer and will continue to be. Excellent customer service and the cards are high quality and easy to order.”
