I like the humor of this card, especially conveyed within a subject many people take very seriously.
I was searching for cards that expressed humor about sensitive subjects in a way the recipient could appreciate with a smile and without offense. That goal is not easy to achieve, but this card succeeds wonderfully in achieving it.
