“I have purchased cards from Greeting Card Universe in the past and knew without a doubt when my Grandson's 2nd birthday was coming & the birth of my Granddaughter that I would be placing an order. There was a problem w/one of the cards as I had opted to pick it up at my local Target. The issue was w/Target but Greeting Card Universe stepped in and offered to send me the card for free and did not charge me for shipping. This is incredible Customer Service.
