contagious pneumonias.
IV's and bandaids and huge hematomas.
Nine feet of packing all covered in green;

Wheezing and sneezing and
coughing up phlegm balls.
Slipping on vomit expelled into the halls.
Sputum that glistens when blown out in strings;
These are a few of your favorite things.
Hepatitis, phlebitis, fractures of the head,
You nurses will care for our every need,
While we are laid up...in....bed.
