About Me:  Photography and me. Early on I had an interest in photography, starting with a 35mm Instamatic camera. Mainly used for family events and vacations. Later on moved to the Pentax K1000, which served me, well through school. I was fortunate to work on the newspaper staff for school. I had my own darkroom and studio equipment. Most of my work at that time was in black & white. I was nominated for several awards including quill and scroll the highest award you could get for student journalism. I had just created a series of scenery photos of the creek near by where I lived at the time. My style was and still is greatly influenced by the greats like Ansel Adams. My portfolio was born. I took a break from photography and pursued other interest. I started working with graphic design and computers. Not sure how it all came about, I was asked to show my scenery photo's which I did. After the showing I was asked to work on several different projects from print ads, presentations and directory photo's. Current day, I have gone digital. Have a great day.
