My longtime sister and I started our graphic design business Landon Taylor Design Group way back in ought-four, and have been doing a lot of great work for our clients ever since. Joy, my sister, handles all the boring paper-pushing tasks, and I get to do all the fun stuff. It is a really great arrangement.

After spending years in the office slaving away creating awesome stuff, we decided to take a sabbatical and traipse off to Italy. The experience changed my life. The farthest I had ever been away from home before Italy was about 100 miles North of the Arctic Circle, so this was all new to me. And Joy, shoot, she had only gone to Africa and she did a little stint in Paris, so you can see that we were kinda feelin’ a little out of our element.

But soon we got over our jitters and came to realize that Italy was no different from home except for everything. The Italian food was to die for…I did twice. The people were awesome and the sites were really old – it was incredible! I walked around Italy with my camera duct taped to my head and shot just about everything in sight. I think I might put all the photos together and make a motion picture… but I digress.

When we returned home we looked at the photos and thought some of them were pretty good. So we put together a small collection of our best stuff and created this website to share with others, sell our Italy posters, and become instant billionaires. So far we are about .0000000001% there, so we are quite thrilled. We continue to do incredible work for our clients and are having a blast doing this website. We hope you enjoy it and contribute to our vast fortune.

As a side note, some people have questioned the name Landon Taylor. We even get phone calls asking for Mr. Taylor because they want to sell him a great time-share, or let him know that the warranty on his car will soon expire. We tell the caller that Mr. Landon Taylor either is homeless or blind, whichever fits the category.

But just so you know, we are John Warren (me) and Joy Cornett (my longtime sister). We got the name Landon Taylor from my niece and nephew or, if you prefer, Joy’s kids. Landon is the oldest and Taylor is Joy’s daughter. Joy says that she wanted a name that was close to her heart…I say it just sounds cool. Either way that’s our name and we’re sticking to it.
