"My card was taking longer than expected to arrive, so I called customer service. The rep was very nice and reordered the card for me. Naturally, the original order arrived the next day. I called to try to cancel the second order, but it was too late. Very good service. I think the card's lateness was due to recent budget cuts in the US Postal Service and a general deterioration of their delivery performance as a result. I will give the extra card to a friend who can use it. I definitely recommend Greeting Card Universe.
