Hi, I got an email from a customer this morning requesting a non-relationship revision to PID 1899204. I uploaded a revised card with a custom name option this morning, and it was approved (PID 1921002). This afternoon (just a few minutes ago), I received an email from Reviewer 121, who received a request from a shopper that sounds just like what I received directly.
 
I've responded to the email from Reviewer 121, but I don't always know if the emails get through. Please alert 121 that PID 1921002 is in the store and has a custom name option rather than the relationship-specific name.  
 
I did email the shopper who contacted me directly and I provided the link to the revised card, but I have not heard back from her. Of course, this could entirely be another shopper that Reviewer 121 has a request from, but the same day/same request is too coincidental for me to think it might be someone else.
 
Thanks to the review team for reaching out! It's my first direct request to change a design, so I want to be sure I do this correctly so the shopper has an excellent experience.

I just got notice of the sale from this shopper. Also, she just emailed me to share her appreciation for how well she was cared for during this process. I appreciate the team reaching out to ensure she received the link!

Yes! I saw her sale come through - congrats and again thank you for taking such good care of the shopper. It's special requests like this and the TLC from our special artists that make GCU shine. Kudos to you!
