GCU website isn't feeling well today?

Is there something wring with the site today? I tried to order some of my cards and use my artist commission to pay for them. I ended up with a balance of .08 cents. That was after waiting I din't know how many minutes for the transaction to process. I clicked "Complete my order" anyway to see what happened and of course I got an error message.

hello, we have been selling cards all day without issue or complaints from shoppers.  Is it still reoccuring?
