Also, often these 'blocked' messages are a very temporary glitch on some sites, yet your browser will continue to take you back to the cached page where the block occurred.
 
You may wish to try this:
1-  Log out of GCU
2- Clear your browser cache and cookies
3- Restart your computer
4 - Log back in.
