Alert: Fixing New Approved Cards Onsite Search

Please note our tech team is working to resolve a current issue:
 
Cards approved since last Friday, 8/29/20, and potentially as early as 8/26 are not appearing in GCU onsite search results.  The approved cards are on the site and located via artists' storefronts and categories, however not resulting in onsite searches (search terms or PID#).  
 
This will impact all cards approved starting 8/29/20 and until the fix is in place.  
 
Our tech team is working on resolving this asap which will most likely be Tuesday.
 
Note: if you need to share a link to a shopper to specific newly approved card(s) please provide a direct link to the card and NOT an onsite search link nor Product ID# for them to search for.
 
For example, for product id 1641644:
 
THIS direct link to the card:
https://www.greetingcarduniverse.com/holiday-cards/thanksgiving-cards/general-th anksgiving/happy-thanksgiving-red-truck-with-1641644
 
NOT this onsite search link to the pid#:
https://www.greetingcarduniverse.com/search/go?w=1641644

UPDATE:  this appears to have been corrected.  
 
Please let us know if you have a newly approved card (since 8/26) that is not resulting in onsite search results. Note: it can normally take up to 24 hours after approval for a card to appear on the site.
