Ok we have done some investigating and tinkering and we hope the issue has been resolved.

In 24 hours OR after doing a hard refresh to clear your browser's cache, please re-review your card images in question.

If they are still muddy/dark / not as they should look please post the pid#s here.

Thank you for your cooperation!

Same here. Logged out, dumped cache, same cards have the same issue. The odd thing is, for me it's only photo cards that are affected. I've continued to make standard cards and they register normal so far.

1642176, 1642174, 1641870, 1641838,

And: 1638398 - created before this issue occurred, but tried to troubleshot to see if it was the placeholder images, so changed them and it immediately viewed like the new ones - overly saturated and too dark.

Now that you mention it. The ones with a problem from my last batch are cards that utilize PNG files while the standard cards from the same batch done with jpg look fine. I have a new card up for review that looks like it might have the same issue. PID #1643168 with an owl image in png.

Is there any estimated time for getting this fixed? My new Halloween card PID #1643168 is showing the same issue and I don't want to create the rest of the series until it is resolved. I appreciate that these things can take time to track down and fix so thank you for your efforts.

With your continued clues we will continue our problem determination.  Thank you for the reports and your patience.  We will post back here when we have made an adjustment.  This week is the best I can tell you.

thank you for the reports.  Per our testing it appears the dark images are only appearing as thumbnails in the artist storefront and when un-customized in the cart.

Is that the case?  Are you seeing the dark images elsewhere?  If so, please detail here.

Thank you!

I see the dark thumbnails in my storefront and also on the Manage Cards page. Oddly, when I go to one of the dark cards and another of them appears in the 'you may also like' section underneath then it looks normal.

Just to add: I created the rest of my owl series today and the ones using png files are appearing dark on the Manage Cards page and my storefront while the standard cards using jpeg look fine. These are the products numbers of the new cards affected:
1645322
1645324
1645328

Thank you for this info!

Note: you do NOT need to upload PNG files for custom front TEXT cards.  Only for custom front PHOTO cards.  So if that helps you in the interim while we resolve this issue, you can proceed with your submissions and avoid this issue.

Thanks for that info! I don't know how I didn't already know that. Smiley I did do one more card today that is in review and I think it will have the same issue.

Just to bring this to the forefront again. I have edited the fronts of a few older cards today which have PNG files. The ones that I edited are now showing dark thumbnails while cards in the same series that I did not edit still look normal. A couple of these are my better selling cards and I would really like to have the thumbnails for those displayed correctly. Editing to change these to a jpeg file doesn't seem to help. Has there been any progress in fixing this issue?
