Hi William, Sorry to hear you are having trouble accessing the request. We have brought this post to the attention admin but meanwhile we will share some notes on the process that may be helpful. **You must be signed in to your artist account to view custom requests .** On the email notification you should see an active link - Click here to access your Custom Card Request. Clicking that should take you to your Manage Custom Requests page where you can see all your custom requests. Alternatively, from your Manage Store page, go to Images and Cards >>Manage Custom Requests that will bring you to the same page. Ella Reviewer 758
