Thank you, GCU, for choosing my cherry blossom card as DOD.

I have been wanting to update a cherry blossom image I have on some older cards and sent this new card through review to see if it was approved before I updated any of the older designs. The older ones are photos I took of cherry blossoms years ago and I was never quite satisfied with result. Recently I have been playing with creating digital paintings by applying some effects in photoshop and then digitally painting on my own touches with the paintbrush tool, much like I would when oil painting on a canvas. Probably a bit old school nowadays since photoshop can create such things with click but I like the satisfaction of adding my own personal touches.

Having this chosen as DOD was a lovely confirmation to go ahead and update the older cards so thank you GCU!
