Thank you, GCU, for choosing my Coronavirus humor card as your design of the day.

I didn't create this card to make light of a serious situation, I wasn't sure I should go there, echoing concerns others have expressed on this forum.
People's days are filled with concern for ourselves and loved ones, getting food into our homes to sustain us, lost jobs and earnings and endless news and media on the situation. I noticed amongst friends and family that we were all seeking a laugh, a little humor amidst the unrelenting concerns that surround us right now. The many memes going back and forth between us via text or social media are a bright spot in our day and I thought if I made some cards that could bring others a moment of laughter then that might serve a need.

I have found looking at the new cards added daily to GCU for this is another bright spot in my day, the laughter and support found in them is therapeutic, so, thank you fellow artists for the laughs and words of comfort in your wonderful cards for this difficult situation.

To the GCU staff and good friends and artists on here, I pray you all stay well and your families safe.
