PNG files (Read 608 times)

Karen_137659 Senior Member artist Posts: 333	PNG files Jan 24^th, 2020, 10:49am Anyone else having issues loading a PNG file? JPG's load just fine. What am I forgetting to do?

Are you keeping the file to exactly 2100 x1500 proportions? It seems that older PNG files had no size restrictions, yet more recent card submissions must stick to a fixed size. I wonder if that could be the problem. Good luck!

Karen_137659 Senior Member artist Posts: 333	Re: PNG files Reply #2 - Jan 24^th, 2020, 11:06am Thanks for the suggestions, I had trouble loading a JPG at 300 dpi, so I scanned it at 600 and it loaded with that. When I went to load it as PNG, it didn't like it, so I lowered the dpi back 300 and that worked and now I can't seem to get to load an image in the photo area. Ugh technology.
