No payment ! (Read 876 times)

Celine_206929 GCU Newbies Posts: 5	No payment ! Jan 13^th, 2020, 1:35pm My account notice that I was payed but nothing on my paypal account ! I sent 2 msgs to GCU but never get any reply, I think about to close my shop if nothing happen shortly... Thanks for your help

Hi Celine,
No need to worry, you will receive your payment.
In the forum Mindy posts a payday thread at the end of every quarter. Below is the link to that thread.

Note the first part of the post;
The 4th quarter payments are being processed reflecting commissions earned from 10/01/19 - 12/31/19. Part of this process is reconciling those stores who have met the quarterly threshold. The checks are scheduled to be in the mail or PayPal payments made by Friday, 1/31/20

Sorry again for my response taking longer than expected. We are closed Saturday and Sundays so my Mondays are normally quite busy with shoppers. Wink

Something I wanted to note as to not delay your payment. I see you are an international artist, so if we do not have a signed w-8 form from you yet, we will need one.
