I'd like to design a card for cancer patients but as a cancer survivor, I never enjoyed seeing the word cancer on greeting cards.  I received many cards during chemo and I saved them all.  I've done a chemo card but not everyone stricken by cancer goes through chemo.  Is it possible to design a card specifically aimed at cancer without using the word cancer and if not, can I tag it as such without putting it into the cancer category or will it be returned for edit asking that I remove the tag?  Thanks very much.
