Graphics Help! (Read 835 times)

Jane_242850 GCU Newbies Posts: 15	Graphics Help! Feb 26^th, 2019, 7:58pm I bought graphics/clip art from 2 websites a few years ago but their sites are no longer available so I can't use the link to the graphics for my cards. One is Graphicshoppe.com, one is digiscrapkits.com. What do I do? Am I still able to use these graphics? Thank you, Jane

This one goes to another site that says it isn't working whenever you click on anything on digiscrapkits.

The graphicssshoppe one goes to a site but it isn't the one I purchased my graphics from. I just want to know from GCU if I can still use the graphics I purchased even though the sites are down and you can't give a link when using them. Thank you both for your quick responses and help

Just adding my thoughts from my own previous experience ...

IF you can find the graphics you use from those closed sites available on other sites, showing the creator and TOU, then yes, you can use them. I've done that before. Generally speaking when these sites close, they sell their stuff somewhere else.

I've had luck researching the graphics from closed sites and finding them elsewhere, therefore being able to provide a link to TOU and the graphic.

Hi!
If you have used the graphic(s) in question before in a previous card, please detail in the Notes to Reviewer the pid# of the prior approved card. On a case by case basis, the review team will review all provided information and make a determination on how to proceed.

Also, Doreen has shared some good advice in general about locating the same graphic offered elsewhere by the same artist. Thank you, Doreen.
