Discussions about reviews and reviewers are welcomed. As you'll understand, we'd like to avoid requests for run of the mill card reconsiderations as this could be hundreds a day but instead reserve the communication for what appears to be a discrepancy, oversight, inconsistency or bias. These are all factors that we strive to remove from the review process.
These discussions should be initiated via the card review email at cardreview@greetingcarduniverse.com. I am copied on all of these.
There is no punishment for raising a potential issue. If validated this is where people learn, processes improve and businesses grow.
Note: Many declined cards go through a two step review, giving the card the courtesy of two sets of eyes before being declined.
