Need Help with Custom Card Request

Hi,
 
I replied to Custom Card Request #14088 Saturday afternoon and have not received a response from the customer.  Would someone please verify that the customer received my reply to her request?

Hi Christie,  
 
I see that an email was sent to the shopper with your response, but we cannot tell if the customer has viewed this email.    
 
I do see that the shopper did place an order on Saturday though, so it is possible that they may have found another card unfortunately.
