Special Request for change on card.

I have received a request to change the words on the front of a Father's Day card, I have made the change needed, but can't upload the card, because I get a message that the card contains a non-alphanumeric character, example " - Father's Day Card for Son", I can't get rid of the "-" for some reason, and GCU will not accept it. Where do we go from here? I need this card to be uploaded ASAP. I also tried to upload it with Fire Fox with no luck. Thanks, Rosalie Uploaded twice, sorry.

Rosalie - that message has nothing to do with what is actually on the card front. The system can not see that as it's embedded in your design. This is not a GCU issue so they won't be able to correct the problem.

That message means your FILE NAME has a character which is not accepted in code. This happens with a period and sometimes other characters.

Go check your file name, save it again without any characters such as; a file name can not say Father's Day it must be Fathers Day - the apostrophe may be an issue if it's in your file name.

It's the little - before the title, I don't think the apostrophe has anything to do with it, but I will try your suggestions. Thanks.
