Grayscale Image Corruption Workaround

Hi team,
If you create grayscale designs, especially custom front, you may have experienced the image being corrupted at submission or re-resubmission.

Please see this blog post for a workaround for this reported issue:

I always convert my grayscale images to RGB (in Photoshop) before saving. If it were a true grayscale print job (1 color) it would look a little washed out because of just the one ink, but these are POD and gang printed so it's probably being printed RGB or CMYK. Plus multiple colors to make up a gray is a lot deeper/richer than a black only print job

Hi Ron,

I too have all images in RGB, however this has nothing to do with what we upload, it has to do with a funky glitch which is sneaky and difficult to narrow down by the GCU tech team where these grayscale images upload fine, but then shows either corrupted lines or on custom photo versions, cause complete corruption.

You're right though, it just doesn't apply to this bug report work around.
