Signature On Card Front
Mar 17th, 2018, 7:10am

Hi!
I am the new kid on the block.  My question is that I have my signature on my images.
Am I allowed to have this?

I sign mine but then my cards are illustration not photography. Not sure if there's a different etiquette for photography. Although technically I don't think there's a rule that you can't on GCU.

It's allowable, but not recommended by GCU. Customers are often put-off by a signature on an all occasion greeting card. Remember, GCU specializes in all occasion greetings, not blank fine art greeting cards. GCU recommends that if you sign your card front, it's small and out of the way.

Those are the notes I remember from years past when the question came up.  Smiley
