I have four cards on hold for a month. What gives?

I suggest you send a direct email to cardreview@greetingcarduniverse.com for items that have taken more than a week or two. This is not an official answer, as I'm just an artist like you. This is just my suggestion of things I've learned. Good luck!

I too have two cards on hold for about two weeks. What can you do?

Have you sent a polite email yet to the address I provided above? That is the go-to first step in solving the problem. Be sure to include the PID #s.

Please send an email to the review team at cardreview@greetingcarduniverse.com
Please include your artist id number, the PIDs of the card/s in question and your reason for the email.
