It's been a very long time . . .

I haven't created any new cards for a while and I'm ready to get back in the saddle. What are the current guidelines for image use? If I submit a card with an image I've found from a free stock photo website that gives all rights what do I need to include in the artist's notes? (I've only used original images up 'till now). Thank you!
