Change Store Colors Not Working

Hi Shaun,

The ability for the artists to change their store colors has not worked for several months. I had issues with it back in August or September and gave up trying to change the store. Also had issues when I opened by second store back in April of this year.

It was then mentioned by another artist in October and again today, but in a thread for a separate issue so thought I would give it it's own thread to be sure it got on the fix it list.

Was not able to change my December Store colors, still unable to change STORE COLORS to match my new Valentine Banner. I'm apprehensive that customers will not go any further into my store thinking my main page is not appealing and professional as it could and should be.
Anyone know what's going on?
