Hi, I recently decided to come back to GCU to upload some more of my designs. I uploaded 10 designs: one on October 6, which was declined, and 9 on October 13, which are all "pending-held." I don't know why the one was declined nor do I know why the others are pending-held since the 13th. Could someone elaborate for me please.

Hi Robyn,
Long time no see!  A lot has happened since you last submitted cards.  
 
All card reviews contain a reason for the action, especially if the card is declined.  You should read the review emails for the notes.  
 
For PID#1497306 I see:
Thank you for submitting this artwork to GCU however we're sorry that your submission has not met / no longer meets our Submission Guidelines & Marketability Standards and has been declined due to the following reason(s). For Submission Guideline details please see the GCU Wiki: http://www.gcuwiki.com/sg.html Thank you for your understanding.

As time passes and GCU sees what appeals to card shoppers, we reserve the right to decline cards that were previously approved, even if those cards were submitted under the new marketability standards. GCU prides itself on being flexible and responding to card shoppers' needs.  
 
Note: Please remove any other cards in your store that are based on the same image as this card as they too will be declined.
