You've Made a sale on GCU e-mail problem

Is there a glitch with the "You've made a Sale" e-mails?
 
When I clicked to open my "You've made a sale on GCU" e-mail, it said message not found.
 
According to my earnings & sales report & my store earnings I did make a sale.
I sold 1 card PID #517837.
 
Something similar happened a week or 2 ago where I made a sale on GCU but never received the e-mail. I did see the sale in my sales report and in my store earnings.

Hi Diana,
Sorry for the trouble.  We're not aware of any issues with these emails, perhaps it was a network connectivity issue?    Are you still having this problem?
