If no one else reports a late payment, then on Monday you probably should contact GCU directly, rather than the forum so you don't have to offer any personal information here.

Shaun isn't the right person, he's the IT guy. Don't know about KC, maybe she's on vacation.

What I was suggesting is you use the CONTACT US link at the bottom of the screen so it gets to the correct person.
