Help With Custom Request

We have waited 24 hours and the customer's card in my private gallery still will not open. We get a 404 message.

I followed the directions sent by reviewer and put the card in my cart. However I don't know how to tell her to put it in her cart.

Here are directions sent by reviewer.
1. In your storefront sort your private gallery by newest
2. Click on the SHOPPING CART ICON below your card thumbnail to drop it in your cart
3. Go to the card in your cart and get the"Share Card Link” link
4. Share this link with your shopper
5. Keep the card in YOUR cart until the shopper has placed it in their cart

Does anyone know how the shopper puts the card in her cart?

Hi Kathleen,

When you send her the link, she clicks on it and she will see the card as she would if the card were in the general marketplace. She can customize it just like any card. It won't look like it is in your cart.

Click on the link yourself in your response and you will see it as she does.

When I click on the link it goes to my shopping cart so thought it did the same for her. She let me know that she was able to complete her card and purchase it. I’m doing the happy dance now.
