Custom Request Thread and Sale Emails

Hi there,
I realize this is Sunday but just wanted to let you know I haven't had any sale emails for the last couple of days and I have had sales. I know this has happened before, but just wanted to let you know.
Also, I am wondering if the custom request thread is working. I had a request from a woman 2 weeks ago, I replied to her within hours and I have heard nothing back. I sent her a message a week ago asking her to email me if my message got through to her, as I worry sometimes it seems that they don't. I know people ask for things and then change their minds, but this has happened a few times and I just wonder!

Sales emails coming through and customer requests seems to be working fine. I only mention this to help Shaun with the process of elimination. I'm using Windows 7 and latest version of Firefox.

You may want to poke around for forums and bugs on the site which provides your internet connection and see if there are others experiencing issues with no receiving emails, etc.
