Invitations - Birthday Party

I have a card I'd like to put in the Invitation /Birthday Party /For Tweens & Teens category, which is available for artists but not for shoppers. When a card is placed in this category, where does it go in terms of shopping?  Huh

The category is available to shoppers. It is located under Invitations, here:
