Hi, what do you mean "updated number"? Looking at the new field, Reviewing Cards Submitted on, it says:
4/19/13

That is the number we are providing to know where your cards stand relatively. This date is updated each time you refresh the page. If the date doesn't change it means they're still working on cards submitted on that date.

I was asked to purchase 2 of my cards for my Mom...she had me design one for her great-granddaughter and that I uploaded as private (1109910) and one is a birthday card that is still pending (submitted 5/9, I think). I sent a contact message, but feel maybe this is a better platform to get an answer.
Can I get the birthday card (1087496) approved on fast track and then how do I go about purchasing the cards for her (I want her to get them for the artists price because she is my Mom, after all)

You can upload the 2nd card again, only this time leave the keywords, category & such blank. Put it in your Private gallery, waive review and then order it for you mom. The other can stay (assuming it's a card suitable for public market) in the review line and will end up in your store when it gets reviewed.

Just offering an immediate solution

Hi Judy,

We have processed your card for you.
In the future, if you forget to Fast Track a card, you can send an email to the review team with the card number, your artist name and ID, and the reason to cardreview@greetingcarduniverse.com. We do check the forum but in the case of a more urgent need it is more timely to send us a note directly.

Back in mid May I signed up and submitted 14 card images. Two were reviewed and processed immediately and I am still waiting for the other 12! The wait is truly insane. When I phoned the GCU they told me that they were at least 6 weeks out; and they did not tell me that with courtesy. Does not make a newby like myself feel welcome. Oh well...

Diane, those very strange reviewing dates come up once in a while, when one or more of the reviewers are working on some of the old cards that have been culled out or sent back to the artist for editing according to the new quality rules. When these edited cards are sent back for approval, the counter gets 'confused' .

Yesterday, when I looked last, the reviewing date was May 10 2013 - so that will be closer to the real reviewing time Wink
