Photoshop Graphics/Clip Art

I'm sure the answer to my question is somewhere on one of the forum boards, but I can't locate anything. So here goes. Can I use images/clip art in Photoshop when designing cards? Ninety percent of my images are from my own photography, but every so often, I'd like to create cards just from the graphics/clip art that are part of the Photoshop software.

I would check the wiki for full details.

My understanding is that you CAN use the PHOTOSHOP CLIPART as long as you modify it. www.wpclipart.com has a world of clip art you can use as long as you modify it and tell the reviewer where it came from. Also
there are images here:http://www.publicdomainpictures.net/,but there again be sure you follow the TOU instructions. Lately I have been purchasing CU4CU images from any number of sites,some which have lots of freebies.Just be aware of the TOU in all cases.
