Store Layout & Content

Will someone check my store and tell me why Store Layout and Content has so many options greyed out so I can't add key words as well as other options greyed out also.   Just saying I can't do much on that page.
Thank You and hope you can help with this matter.

Until the GCU techies can get to you ...
 
Try logging out and logging back in to your account, see if that helps.
