What browser are you using? I've been having trouble uploading images for the past week with Firefox, but if I use AOL it works.

The site is very slow today.  It seems the GCU site is having some issues, so it might not be anything on your end.  I've tried to get to the screens to upload a card and test this on my end for you, but on both Firefox and Google Chrome I get the same slow to respond results on two different computers.  I can get a card upload, it just takes a long time for each screen to load.
 
It will either get better on it's own later today, because the slowness is due to some weekly processing OR we wait until the techie-genius Shaun gets in on Monday  
 
It would help to know what the error message said that you are getting
