I was asked if my image of an eastern bluebird was scanned or a vintage, etc. and told that there are some artifacts around the words on front and the image that needs to be removed. It is a painting that I did using the Paint Program. It is not a copy. I don't understand what artifacts are supposed to be removed. Can someone enlighten me. I removed the words "Thinking of You" from the front because I did not know what changes were supposed to be done to them.
