Profiling Question???

Where can I, or should I, put a card for a new mom? I could only find a category for congratulations for becoming new parents! WE ALL KNOW, this is not always the case! Is there NOT a new mom category?

Cynthia, you could suggest this as a new category in the Category Suggestions Thread.

Thank You Kathy!
I will do that....I went ahead and put it in the new parents, but, I have a feeling it might be rejected there, not sure though.....I am very surprised there is not categories already for a new mom or new dad
( There are so many single parents too!) Maybe customers have not requested this particular kind of card? Maybe " I am the strange one here
"

I'm confused about profiling...
If I have a general Christmas I profile it by checking Christmas even if it doesn't have a relationship, age category or gender. It seems like those do go through ok.
Now, on birthdays... I have an occupation specific > other, and I don't check the birthday profile... I was told not to. When do I know the difference? I've had over 250 cards approved, but still a little confused.

Keep in mind the purpose of profiling - profiled cards are featured in email reminders send to clients of Big Dates' various reminder services. Since they can't be extremely specific in their card suggestions, only general cards get profiled. So a general birthday card is profiled, occupation specific is not.
