When I go to the card page for card 938638, the wrong image appears even though the thumbnail image is correct.  Thank you in advance.

Good morning
I'm trying to complete my card but I'm stuck on the inner page section I fill in all the information and click next but it wont allow me to move to the next page. It says fill in Title and keywords even though the boxes are filled?

Hi GCU,
Can someone check to see if anything is wrong on my page... I've been trying to get into "configure my sub-galleries" and I can't bring it up.. Sad     I have friendship cards on my store front and it only shows one card. I have more then one friendship card too.....was trying to get in my sub-gallery to see what is wrong  and i can't. Huh  Been trying for the last 3 days.   undecided undecided

Hi Donna, yes indeed, something seems wrong with your store. On your front page the first subcategory says Friendship ( 7 cards ) - but only one card is visible - next is Birthday Cards ( 4 cards ) , but only 1 visible, then Love ( 18 cards ) and a link to 'see more' - but also there, only 1 visible...  
 
Hope someone of the tech staff will be able to help you sole this soon!

Hello KC, can someone check my store.. all my cards are not showing up on my store front. cry cry..and also when I type in my name  for my store it goes to another Donna.. undecided

Hey, Donna, I just notice that your post here is on page six in a topic about 'Store Reports' (analytics) - It probably will not be noticed here. Maybe you should repost your request for help in a new topic under GCU Support. I've experienced that GCU admins check daily on new topics coming in there Wink

I had a customer who wanted a custom card.. Unfortunately, after 3 days of corresponding and numerous tries on her part to access the card I set up for her, she gave up.  Would someone please make this process understandable to customers/artists? Huh

I downloaded the Card Details Report for dates Jan 1 2015 - Feb 17  2015 and it is showing more commissions earned than the Store Report for that date range.

In my administrative settings, it says I have 91 approved cards, but I only have 90 in my store.  This isn't a huge problem right now, but may be down the road due to the new store limits that were put in Dec.  Thank you in advance for your help!
