Ooops!  I just saw one in my own store. 145589  it is in blank cards but has inside text that says "Believe in Your Dreams."  It is my photograph titled Reflections.  Instead of blank cards it should be in Occasions » Encouragement » Dream Big / Follow your Dreams

22897 is in the Birthday>>For Family Relation Specific>>Grandpa>>Pop Pop. It says Papa so it either belongs in the For Family Relation Specific>>Grandpa, or For Family Relation Specific>>Dad.

In Announcements>>Adoption, there are a number of cards that do not belong. They are: 105831, 263317, 161783, 192408, 191522, 91079, 130835, 216311, 118467, 339688, and 209752. Most of these belong under Congratulations on Adopting.  
Announcements>>Graduation has several that don't belong, too. Most of those should be under Congratulations>>Graduation, a couple have previous years, and some are just way out in left field as far as Announcements>>Graduation goes.
