Fast Track Review Requests - CHECK BOX

UPDATED:  If you have a card that needs to be reviewed/approved quickly you no longer need to send an email to the review team.  
 
In the Create a Card process look for the Fast Track Review check box on the Card Image Details page.  This will indicate to the review team that you request an expedited review.
 
We will do our best to get to it asap.
 
Please note this should only be used for cards that are for special customer requests and time sensitive private cards.  Smiley  This should not be used to expedite cards that you have created too close to the holiday date.

We have updated this post re: the new process to request a Fast Track review:
 
NEW FAST TRACK procedure:  You no longer need to send an email to the card review team to request a Fast Track review.  When you are creating your card on Card Image Details you'll notice a check box after the "Categories" that is to indicate a Fast Track request.  This will indicate your request to our Review Team.  As usual this should be used selectively and only for cards that are custom requests by shoppers.  In fairness to all artists we will monitor the use of this new Fast Track setting and will not tolerate any abuse.

Hi, I submitted this card a while ago, didn't check the fast track box cause I didnt think it would take this long to get it approved.  But now I need it & want to include it in the order I'm placing today. It's card #471955.
 
Any chance it could get approved today, or that I could include it in my order & hope it's approved soon?   I'll hold off ordering till this evening.

Hello Mindy.  I hope you are well.  I wanted to explain why I did not check the box for fast track.  I really haven't even looked at the computer.  I buried my husband a week ago last Saturday.  It was very, very unexpected.  I MUST have the cards so that I can send them to special people who prayed and thought of me.  I'm sorry I missed that, but I was distracted.  Thank you for understanding.

How long does it take with the fast track with the box checked? I have a card that a customer emailed me for, checked the box, how long is it going to take?

I had two custom requests earlier today.  I made the changes to the cards and selected Private Gallery.  I asked for Fast Track rather than waive review because the order size is potentially 150 of each.  
 
Could someone PLEASE make sure that these go through today.  It was a few hours ago and still no approval.

A customer requested this card changed from Congratulations Veterinary Graduate to Congratulations Vet Tech Graduate.
 
The card was fast tracked yesterday afternoon and remains unapproved this morning.  Please process the card...thanks.

I have had a message from a customer requesting that I make a card similar to one of mine she's seen but with a woman instead of man. I have already submitted two cards that I think might be suitable but they are still 'pending'. Is there a way these could be fast-tracked so that she can see them?
 
They are ID 664582 and ID 664580.
 
She needs to send the card to London by Aug 11th so it's cutting it a bit fine!

I have a card awaiting Fast Track.  #819950
I told the customer yesterday that it should be approved within 24 hours.  But it is not yet approved.  Could a reviewer please take time out of their Sunday and approve this card for me?

Hi Sue,
When I have a customer request, I check the 'waive review' and put it in my Private Cards and send the link to the customer. Then it is immediately available.

I've never Fats Tracked a card will it just show up in my Private Gallery or will I be notified as usual?

My Gay/Lesbian Wedding Cards created on 7/19/2013 were Fast Tracked per Mindy and are still waiting for reviews.  
 
PID#'s 1128144, 1128200, 1128206, 1128208, 1128216,  1128220, 1128222, 1128224, 1128238, 1128304, 1128350, 1128410, 1128484, 1128488, 1128500, 1128508, 1128668.    
 
Normally it doesn't take this long for Fast-Tracked cards. Will they be reviewed soon?

I placed a Fast Track on these two cards for a customer on Aug 1 ... She is asking when they will be approved or I will loose the sale? Can someone please tell me if they can be expedited for this customer?

I have a Custom Card for a Customer that I fast tracked 48 hours ago. I'm afraid of losing the sale if it's not approved asap. Please can someone help? The card was previously approved and I only added one word, "Dinner.". Thank you.

Hello Maritza,  I am new also and would like to know how long it takes to get a card reviewed.
It says 6 to 8 weeks . Does that mean it will take a year to get 6 cards that are approved into your shop?
I understand that thousands of cards may be submitted each day. But at this rate I will never get to have a decent shop full of cards .

Opps ! didn't realize I was responding to a question asked in 2013.   I may be in the wrong forum to ask this question. If it takes 8 weeks to have your card reviewed how would it be possible to have a shop full of cards?

Click on Manage Store (logged in to GCU of course) and look to the right on that screen. You'll see a  Reviewing Cards Submitted on: and currently it shows the date of 10/24/16. So that means if you submit a card today, it MAY BE as much as 3-weeks before it's reviewed unless you are a Star Submitter.
 
I know, now you want to know what a Star Submitter is, right?  Grin
