There are some conscerns about the wording of the TOS and rights that you may give Adobe to use you work

After posting the original message, I came across the concerns. I'm watching http://blogs.adobe.com/jnack/2008/03/a_note_about_ps.html to see if Adobe changes the wording.

This does point out something: In case people like Joe (thanks!) don't come along to give us a heads-up, all recommendations made here should be researched before diving right in. We're all well-meaning and want to share info we come across, but like me, some may get busy and not be able to post a timely follow-up.

I just saw this topic. (I've been busy lately) and wanted to let you know, an update on the post you referenced leads to this post at Adobe now.
It's not real obvious, so I thought I'd bring it here.

When I read Adobe's original TOS, because I've seen the same concerns raised at POD sites, I knew where Adobe intended to go with those TOS...  but they sure overdid it. Smiley

The new section quoted in that article looks MUCH better...
In fact it surprised me how OPEN it was.

I haven't looked at the actual TOS yet...
(time time time.. anyone have spare time to give away? I need some baad)
so as posted above, 'Buyer beware'
