Congratulate her with this adorable card and its four tiny brown bears, who playfully glide across the pastel blue sky, as they hang on to their inflated round balloons of bright colors. One balloon is mint green, one yellow, one blue and the last is dark lavender, with letters on each that spell out the word "BABY" across the faces of the balloons. "Congratulations on your new baby Nephew" is hand lettered in deep blue, below the soaring bears, with heart-filled cheeks, a pink heart on each of their tummies and a round puffy white tail.
