 Artist: Jacquelyn R. Fox About Me: Hi! I'm Jacquelyn Fox of Waxing Moon Designs. Welcome to my card store! Some of you may familiar with my needlework designs. Waxing Moon has been publishing fun and whimsical designs for the needlework market since 1998. Besides creating with fibers and fabric, I also enjoy painting with acylics and watercolors and working with colored pencils.
